- A shipping estimation tool is available on the checkout. We have two options available:
- Flat Rate Best Way - $12.95 including GST. (This method will choose the cheapest available postage from Local Post, Road Post and Air post. Which ever is the cheapest is the selected method. Delivery times can vary from 1 to 5 business days).
- Registered Courier AIR - Variable price based on weight and destination. (This method selects Air Post only option. Your order will ship next business day if your payment is cleared before 12pm).
- Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box due to registered couriers require a signature. Customer service will contact you if this occurs and request a new postage address.
- Where is Chevron Technologies located and how can I contact you?

- Chevron Technologies is an Online Store only. We do not have a facility for pick-up or a physical store.

- We currently accept the following payment methods via our secure checkout:
- VISA / Mastercard via Paypal. (If selected after confirming your order you will be redirected to a secure Paypal page for your credit card details. There is NO registration required to use this feature. All customers are insured for $10,000 while using Paypal services.)
- Direct Deposit. (Chevron Technologies is with St George Bank. Please allow 2 working days for payment clearance. Our banking details are available on checkout.)
- Check / Money Order. (Please allow 5 working days for payment clearance.)

- How are you protecting my information?

- Chevron Technologies holds a Secure Certificate to encrypt and protect your personal information during a transaction.
- How do you know? You will see the URL in the address bar become HTTPS during checkout.
- Our security seal in the bottom right corner of the browser from Comodo. If you place your mouse over this seal, a pop-up will display our company information and security authentication.
- Credit Card Details are encrypted when used on our website. The credit card details are not held in our Databases, they are sent directly to the bank institution and removed from our systems.
- Is it possible to Re-order or Backorder?

- Yes. If you created an account during your checkout, you may log back into your account, go to MY ACCOUNT and select 'Re-order'.
- Back-ordering is available by phone queries only.
- How do I find more information about a product you have listed?

- We try to keep our information as up to date as possible daily. There are some products that do not have informative descriptions or images.
- If you contact our Customer Service, we will go to manufacturers and suppliers for additional information and provide a pack via email to help make an informed decision.
- Our customer service is also available to discuss the product in further detail and provide decision making information.
- How do return a product?

- Please call customer service on 0433 069 447 as early as possible to discuss your options.
- Return of a product for refund has conditions applied including the acceptance during checkout.
- Please complete a Return Form via this link.
- Returns will only be accepted within 10 days of ordering and if the product is in as delivered with seals in tact, unless faulty, and free of alternative branding.
- If a return is not due to Chevron Technologies fault shipping costs are to be borne by the customer and a restocking fee may apply.
